Negotiations between the Management of Minvielle & Chastanet Group of Companies and the National Workers Union have been satisfactorily concluded.

The two hundred and fifty (250) plus workers employed with the company will receive a seven percent (7%) general wage increase spread over three (3) years. The employees will also receive a back pay effective from January 2018 along with improvement in some fringe benefits.

The parties have agreed that retroactive payment will be paid before Christmas 2018.
