An industrial row is brewing between the Management of Blue Waters St. Lucia Ltd and the National Workers Union (NWU).

The National Workers Union (NWU) which represents the company’s employees has been negotiating with the company for over one (1) year. The NWU is of the firm opinion that the company’s failure to keep many appointments on dates for negotiations has resulted in a prolonged industrial process.

The NWU has conveyed its disgust with the company’s calculated approach during a telephone conversation and informed the company that it would be held responsible for any action undertaken by the workers.
