CDSL & NWU COMPLETE NEW INDUSTRIAL AGREEMENT
After three (3) sessions of negotiations between the Management of Caribbean Dispatch Services Limited (CDSL) and the National Workers Union (NWU) the parties have successfully struck an upward revised industrial accord for three (3) years.
Over ninety (90) airline workers employed with the company in the southern part of the country will benefit from the following provisions:
- For Year 1 a Lump Sum of EC$850 will be paid and a four percent (4%) increase will be applied in Year 2 and Year 3 respectively.
- Workers will also enjoy fringe benefit incentives among which are increases in Transportation and Laundry Allowances.
The parties are currently making all the necessary preparations to have this new industrial contract signed shortly.
